Communicate your understanding of the energy policy-making process and the components of energy policy, including institutional frameworks, policy instruments, and the types of interactions of energy policy with policies from other sectors or other levels of government.
Critically analyse existing and new energy policies, and the influences and effectiveness of various policy institutions and instruments in achieving energy policy objectives.
Apply analytical tools and techniques to develop policy options, reflecting various policy instruments consisting of technical and financial parameters, to support government entities and corporate executives in making an informed decision
